Bakit May Temporary CR?
Ayon sa LTO, nagkaroon ng limited supply ng Security Paper na ginagamit sa pag-print ng official Certificate of Registration.
Ang dahilan:
➡️ Delivery delays mula sa National Printing Office (NPO)
Dahil dito, naapektuhan ang printing ng official CR na naka-security paper (commonly green CR).
Upang hindi maantala ang serbisyo at registration process, naglabas ang LTO ng temporary solution.
